Quit Smoking Support
Quitting is not an easy task but there are things we can do to lessen this burden. Together we will go through the causes of many of these symptoms
(jitters, irritability, cravings, foggy headedness, IBS and more), what happens within the body and what you can do to ease the suffering.
This program is broken down into 4 unique 1h sessions to aid in minimizing the withdrawal symptoms. Let me help you understand the changes going on within your body. Suggestions will be made for dietary alterations, supplementation, new lifestyle habits and suggested intervals for cutting back on cigarettes.
Individual Rate: 70 per session (280 total)
Groups of 4 or more: 20/person per session (80 total per person)
