Services are designed to aid in improving the overall health and well-being of a client and not to treat or diagnose any medical condition.
Absenteeism and Tardiness
Upon booking an appointment, clients agree to arrive and be ready for the consultation for the time agreed upon. If a client is late for an appointment, that appointment will still finish at the same time thus resulting in lost consultation time. This may result in shortened consultation time. If for whatever reason a client must cancel an appointment, refunds are unfortunately not available. It may be possible to reschedule the appointment for a later time and date (48h notice is required for rescheduling).
Any information provided both in writing and verbal will not be disclosed to a third party. Everything will remain confidential. All information collected will only be used to help make suggestions for the client’s overall health and well-being, not to be sold or profited from. In the event of a complicated health situation, with prior consent from the client, another practitioner may be consulted in a case study format (not disclosing any personal information such as name or contact information).
Sales and Refunds Policy
All clients will be provided with the best possible service. All sales are final. All appointments are to be paid for upon booking. I currently accept cash, cheque, e-transfer or PayPal. Under the unfortunate situation that a complaint should arise, the client is strongly urged to discuss the situation with their practitioner. No refunds can be offered however alternative suggestions can be made to satisfy both parties. The ultimate goal is the success and satisfaction of the client.
All clients are required to sign a waiver before undergoing their first consultation. This simply states an understanding of what these services can and cannot provide. There are no guarantees when it comes to health, everything is personal and situational. Read through the waiver carefully before signing, it is used to help ensure complete clarity with regards to all service provided. No consultations can proceed before the waiver has been signed.
